Regolamento della Biblioteca della Camera di Commercio di Roma

• Al primo accesso ti verrà chiesto un documento d’identità e dovrai compilare il modulo privacy. Completata la registrazione ti verrà consegnata una tessera numerata, da esibire per i successivi accessi.
• Mostra la tessera, ogni volta che esci e ogni volta che rientri, al personale in servizio al desk.
• È vietato il consumo di cibo all’interno delle aule studio e nell’area esterna. Hai a disposizione il punto ristoro e l’area esterna per consumare esclusivamente acqua, caffè, bevande e snack.
• Puoi utilizzare le postazioni informatiche con accesso a Internet per un massimo di due ore: rivolgiti al personale per le credenziali.
• I volumi della Biblioteca possono essere consultati esclusivamente all'interno delle aule studio. Non è possibile fotografare o fotocopiare il materiale in consultazione.
• È vietato fotografare o riprendere le persone e il personale in servizio.
• Si richiede un abbigliamento consono al luogo istituzionale.
• Ti invitiamo a parlare a bassa voce e ad utilizzare il cellulare, per eventuali telefonate, solo nell’area esterna.
• L’ingresso è consentito fino alle ore 18.30.

Library Rules of the Rome Chamber of Commerce 

• Upon your first access, you will be asked for an identity document and you will need to complete a privacy form. Once registration is complete, you will be given a numbered card, which you must present for subsequent entries.
• Show your card to the staff at the desk every time you leave and every time you return.
• The consumption of food is forbidden inside the study rooms and in the outdoor area. A refreshment point and outdoor area are available for consuming only water, coffee, drinks, and snacks.
• You can use the computer workstations with Internet access for a maximum of 2 hours : please ask the staff for the login details.
• Library volumes may only be consulted within the Chamber's premises. It is not permitted to photograph or photocopy material being consulted.
• It is forbidden to photograph or film people and staff on duty.
• Appropriate clothing for an institutional setting is required.
• We kindly ask you to speak quietly and to use your mobile phone for any calls only in the outdoor area.
• Entrance to the library is permitted until 6:30 PM
